Avoid this place. Our brother was there 2 months before we had to move him. Place and people seem friendly and attentive and some were but after 2 untreated UTI’s, being charged for care he never received, hardly any engagement or activities, we removed him. During the process, we found out that a lawsuit had been filed and won by 10 families who had the same issues. Our dad has been in the memory care unit at Aegis Lynnwood for about 18 months and we have been very happy with the level of care he is receiving there. He needs assistance with almost everything and the caregivers are very loving and patient with him. The staff and caregivers genuinely care about his wellbeing and we are very grateful to know he is in such good hands there!
