I moved my sister and her husband into Aegis Las Vegas this past April - both have dementia and are on hospice. The staff are amazing- kind, compassionate, long term employees who put the residents first - upbeat and positive in a very challenging environment- I am so grateful for their expertise and dedication- and I’m grateful my sister and husband are safe and well cared for. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Management and/or ownership changed hands in the last several months, as well as a turnover of the majority of the staff. Since then, their standard of care has plummeted. Would not recommend anyone bring a loved one here.
Bonnie has been at 2 other places and noticably was not happy and was depressed and sad. Since she has been here you can notice change in her mood; everytime we come ans visit her - her nails hair is done and dressed,room is always cleaned, loves the activities and is engaging. Mom was very thin when she first came and and now has gained weight. Highly recommend Aegis, I love the staff!!
