Age 90. I feel it is overpriced for the care I receive. Housekeeping, female chose to ignore my requests for room housekeeping. She walked right by my room when I confronted her, and said she would be back in 30 minutes, never came back.Reported to staff, housekeeping finally done but laundry was not done.Found out no dental appointments have been made for me as I asked. We recently moved our mother to Aegis Living, and we could not be more pleased with our decision. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. The activities are thoughtfully planned and inviting, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for the residents. What truly stands out is the sense of community — the residents are welcoming, active, and supportive of one another. My mom often says she feels like she’s living at a resort! When my mom’s sister first moved here, she was very sick and weak. The care, attention, and nutritious meals she received made a huge difference in her recovery. Now she’s doing much better, getting stronger every day, and she’s noticeably happier. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and truly caring. We are so thankful for everything they’ve done for her. Choosing Aegis Living was the best decision for our family.
A very beautiful place to live with a professional staff and outstanding patient care. The team does a wonderful job.
