Charging me $995 for less than an hour of work because of a 4 hour minimum, leaving a gaping hole in my garage, is outrageous. This is especially problematic since the replaced fire sprinkler head cost $77. I called their 24/7 emergency after hours number as soon as I discovered the problem and did not receive a call back… ever. I was without a livable home for three days. While I did not end up with their services, I read the negative reviews posted about Ryan and felt compelled to share the responses I've received from him.
