This is a shame because I had done several projects together previously. Most recent project we paid for $3K for window film materials in advance. Never received material. Spoke on the phone from Oct to Dec. and there was always a reason why it had not been done. In one of the last conversations, they owner promised they would have film installed by Christmas.
