Absolutely horrible! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Is this even a legitimate business? One person claims they will help you then they won’t even return phone calls or emails. Your claim will continue to get pushed aside and no one does anything with it. Receptionist has no clue how to help you and you’ll only be put into a voicemail. They insure schools and individuals that should be locked up for their abusive policies and could care less about your claim. Unhelpful. There is someone who takes your initial phone call, and then you get transferred to nobody. They don't return calls. You call again to explain this and she'll transfer you on over to....you guessed it. Nobody. They do a great job of answering the phone, but after that you're pretty much screwed.
