I rented a uhaul on Sunday Feb 3, 2024 and was told to drop the key in the drop box the next day on Sunday when I was done. I did not even have the uhaul a full 24 hours and I got charged for 4 days of use. I contacted Aegis and they were quick to tell me they were not at fault and I would have to contact uhaul. Uhaul contacted them and opened a claim and they still have yet to respond to fix the issue.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO RENT A UHAUL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR EXTRA DAYS THAT YOU DONT USE IT! 0/10 stars…. H... read more
If I could rate a 0 star I would. The staff is never available. Picking up a Uhaul from this place is near impossible. Choose any location but this one.
