After doing an upgrade by MYSELF I lost access to all my work files. Mike was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and ever clean all the trash files for me. Computer is now working great and most importantly I have all my files back. Thanks Mike!!
Mike was absolutely perfect. He was very accommodating on when I could drop it off and was lightning quick at troubleshooting and letting me know the score on what was wrong with my beloved gaming PC. He gave me enough information to know to plan for some future purchases my rig will need, and was even kind enough to help me track down an appropriate part.
