Doug came to our home and in a matter of a few moments had my computer issue resolved. A computer issue that stumped my computer savvy son.
For me, I called, explained the issue, brought my laptop in immediately, dropped it off & within a few hours, I was able to pick it up, fully repaired, with a few new parts & at a very reasonable price. It was such a relief!!!! Great fast service & I will definitely use them again.
I used Aegis about a year and a half ago when Best buy quoted me almost $1000.00 to fix the bracket. I reached out to the repair shops near me and Aegis is the only company that would give me the time of day. When I met him he was the sweetest person and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I was in my masters program at the time and only had a week of down time in between the next class and he was able to deliver a fixed product in such a short amount of time!
