This is the most unfriendly hoa management that I have to dealt with so far. I owed $300+fees. I went to their website saw the amount that I needed to pay to bring my account current and paid in two different transactions within the same month through the association's bank (mutual bank of Omaha). I came home a month later to find out that they had send me through a collection company by the name of alliance cas. And they denied mutual bank of Omaha from collecting future payment and suspended my member website account..... ... read more
One person (Amanda) answered the phone at Aegis Property Management when I tried the direct extension for another worker (Sherry). Amanda advised that she was taking over for Sherry who was "no longer with the company" and she would need some help in order to address my issue since she was new. She never got back to me. The property Manager, Oraine, suffered an accident on 10/11/16, but Aegis hasn't done the needful and appointed an interim replacement. awful company I have ever seen. I will be turning them into the BBB and perhaps my lawyer
I agree with the other reviews. Total ripoff and these people will not return your call or answer a phone. Oddly, they find themselves in the service industry and can't seem to serve anyone. People do not matter at all and it's all about them and their overhyped, overpriced "service." And I am fairly confident the review for the "other company" is someone from the aegis "team."
A $500.00 charge to get a letter that my HOA is current, You got to be kidding me, what a rip off. I hope I never deal with this HOA company again.
