we hired these clowns to come out and do a home appraisal for us and they showed unprofessional dressed and did a terrible job file an appraisal ( undervalued) by 25,000 because we had gotten another appraisal done and 4 other realtors opinions and whe we confronted them with it a wanted a refund they were full of nothing but excuses why they shouldn't.
