*AEG just hearted my review on how they dont respond to any correspondence... 2 years later. Irony GOLD* 100% do not recommend. Does not respond to emails, official letters, or Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility requests in an efficient and/or timely manner. This company seems to only have a vague intent on following the law and will most likely allow you to miss the event rather than helping you with access. Worst Organizer ever, they just chosea different seat for a concert that I pay for, no email, or warning, they different care, so the venue.
Unbelievably rude service, didn't even bother helping me solve my problem.
Evacuation Confusion and Safety: During the 2026 festival, high winds forced an abrupt, poorly communicated evacuation during Little Big Town's set on Saturday night. Attendees reported being told to leave by security and through the app, only to face road closures, confusion on whether the festival was cancelled, and inability to re-enter, despite subsequently learning the show continued.
