Be careful of this facility. They send me letters asking for payment on bills that were settled by my insurance and when I call the number to enquire the person says that the place has closed and its now "Bay Urgent care". The billing mailbox also bounces your mail.
Fast forward- 2 years!!! FOR THE SERVICE IN AUG2023!!! Received collections notice ************************ After multiple calls and couple of visits later , we could talk to person and they fixed issue. Insurance is not good here.. better pay out of pocket , fixed price and be happy about
After multiple attempts, Insurance adjusted the amount, insurance paid the amount and I paid the co-pay. After 2 years, they sent mail that Insurance adjustment is error and asking me those balance. This urgent is very worst, i have never seen anything like this. This company looks like bankruptcy.
Be careful with this place. When you call, they tell you they can see you, but then you end up getting a bill because they are not actually in your insurance network—so definitely check with your insurance provider first. Long story short: they didn’t treat my son at all, they made us waste valuable time when he needed care, and they still charged us almost 600 dollars for a visit that lasted about three minutes.
