Absolutely unacceptable experience. I took my grandmother to this doctor for an eye issue, and he diagnosed it as an eye infection and prescribed medication. Fast forward- 2 years!!! FOR THE SERVICE IN AUG2023!!! Received collections notice ************************ After multiple calls and couple of visits later , we could talk to person and they fixed issue.

So I don't know if it was the doctor I just spoke to or someone who works the front desk or what, but I called because I have a bill from them that I received a while ago but just saw. The only information on it was about a website that is no longer in operation, so I called to find out if there was any more information like an alternative site or an email. Be careful of this facility. They send me letters asking for payment on bills that were settled by my insurance and when I call the number to enquire the person says that the place has closed and its now "Bay Urgent care". The billing mailbox also bounces your mail.
