Sent laptop in for repair. Never received any type of call as to any authorizations needed for repairs. Simply as charged money and laptop sent back. Once returned I found all my IDS, and other programs erased. Now what?? Called and they wouldn't refund any cost or try and make it right in regards to my lost programs. DONT USE THESE GUYS>
