So I rented a storage unit online here in a weekend no where does it notify you if you rent online you can't get your unit . I called several times finally giving up and calling Monday they couldn't answer me without talking to someone else about a refund . In Thursday I call back and they tell me I can't get a refund because I bought the unit from go daddy their website host to call them.
