If you want to have a company pick up your belongings and extort you, please chose A&E! Edit: A&E has contacted me asking me to remove my recommendation. They have not yet contacted me about a fair price to return my household good and continue to hold those in their warehouse. I look forward to actually speaking with them and negotiating a fair price. Will update.
Received a phone call the day before our scheduled delivery date saying that the truck would be there between 8:30 and 10:00. The morning of the delivery I got another phone call saying it would be delivered this afternoon. Not a big deal, I understand things happen. At about 11:00 I get a voicemail saying they can’t get my shipment out of the warehouse because another shipment is in the way. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Recently did a local move. John and Joey were incredible! They arrived on time, got to moving immediately and hustled the entire time. We were a bit concerned about an hourly rate, but these two demonstrated the integrity of themselves and the company. They were efficient, kind, professional and never once complained even as they hauled our heavy furniture on an extreme hill. HIGHLY recommend A&E Relocation out of Lacey, WA.
