I am a small business owner that opened my first studio location with A&E Raz, LLC back in May 2023. As you can imagine, I was nervous, naive, and wide-eyed when I first became their tenant, but their team always maintained their integrity. Reliable and professional team. They took care of everything efficiently and made the process stress-free. There is no such thing as a call not being answered or returned. Experienced in all aspects of real estate as well, which is a rarity. Highly recommend!

We were tenants for over 10 years in one of their managed locations. They always responded on a timely manner and works closely with us for any issue. Always attentive and accommodating. We really Reccomend renting their properties it’s a great team to work with. We really appreciate their dedication to the tenants. Will most certainly rent from them for our future ventures!
