Services on their website aren’t actually offered in person, but they’ll let you book them over the phone anyways. Booked an acrylic fill, confirmed that’s what I was there for when I arrived, but then had to pay for and leave with a bio gel full set which was significantly more expensive (and now makes next time more expensive too). The lady didn’t even ask if this was ok, just put the gel on my nails and I had to pull away and tell her I had acrylic nails. I requested a very complicated, almost bridal look for my prom nails. I had this lovely nail tech named grace, her focus was impeccable, she was very patient with my designs and made sure I loved them. I was there for a few hours and she did not take a break, she was amazing and the next time I need nails done I'm coming straight to grace. P.s the owner was amazing as well, she's very involved and helped with my nails, everyone is amazing, great service, and lovely atmosphere. Will be coming back.)

Had my first ever nail appointment with a wonderful woman named grace. I couldn't have been more happy with the results, she was meticulous and skilled, she was lovely and helped ease any nerves I had about my first set of nails with pleasant conversation.
