The change in staff and Location usually would throw me in for a loop but my visit was extremely pleasant. Fairly easy to find, I walked into the door nervously, greeted by a genuinely kind receptionist. Immediately after the dental hygienist who would be working with me greeted me, Hannah. Covid screening was a breeze and Hannah was kind and engaged in conversation. I reciprocated as best as I could with out my nerves getting the best of me. I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken extra steps to ensure the safety of their patients with some great COVID pre-screening. Martha is so incredibly helpful and I know I am getting the best care with the whole team!

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment to see dr. miller last summer and he pulled a no show. Never had a dentist not show up for an appointment. The staff never called me to cancel. If I were to not show up for a scheduled appointment without advanced notice, they would have charged a cancellation fee. Things were much better in the old office and Kristina was in charge of the administration duties. Think twice about making an appointment to see dr. miller.

Best dentist I've been a patient of. Kind, understand and skilled hygenitsts. Everyone explains everything clearly. The practice also has excellent health engineering precautions to protect against COVID.
