I have used this jewelry store for many years, starting with the one in Oshkosh. The staff is great and so is their service.
Horrible customer service bought a bracelet from them and put it on my wife and it fell off in 5 min cuz the clasp was cheap. They would not let me return it and it took them over a month to get a new one and it was not even a special order then refused to make it right. If I wanted to buy a valentine gift in March I would have. Thanks for screwing that up for me
