The Best – I take my car here all the time and I really like that every time I have an issue, it gets fixed quickly, and the problem never returns. They are the absolute best!
Great Service – I went to the shop today because my 545i had a low coolant light come on. I had called Santa Monica BMW and they said they were going to charge me for coolant and to put it in. Plus they needed me to make an appointment. AE German had me bring the car in right away even though they were busy, filled the coolant with BMW coolant, filled my windshield wiper fluid and had me out of there in 5 mins. Dealer is Cheaper than this scammer – These guys are totally not friendly and they actually charged MORE than the dealer for the exact same service. I would not recommend them.

they love my bus like it's their own – We've been bringing our cars here for years: first a 90 VW Passat, then a 95 Chevy Blazer, and now my 78 VW transporter bus. I've always been happy with the performance of their repairs, their up-front attitude, and their willingness to tell me when I don't need something until later. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! – I normally dont write reviews. In fact, this is the 1st time i have ever spent time doing something like this, but my experience with this place was so miserable i refuse to keep quiet. These people need to learn how to conduct business and need to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reliable Service – On a friends recommendation I took my recently acquired '87 MB 560sl in for what I was told a $$$$ fuel injection problem. After discussing the symptoms with Eric & Jerry, they asked if i needed a ride home and would let me know the outcome the next day. They called to inform me that there were no problems other that it needed a a minor tune up. They also went over the whole car. Friendly Staff & Excellent car service – They could have said that my problem was worse than it was. But, they were honest and helpful. They didn't try and gouge me for more money which is appreciated in these trying times. If you are thinking of using them, I would highly recommend them. I have a Mercedes Benz which can be expensive at the dealer, Here they tried to keep the costs down for me, which i really appreciated. Thanks, Dusaw.
