UPDATE: Upon writing the review I have now decreased the stars to 1 following their response. How completely unprofessional to firstly respond to a google review at 1:30am and secondly to act like my frustration with the situation is somehow irrelevant/rude on my part. I have every right, especially since nobody has indicated what information may have been breached on top of the complete chaos at the actual appointment itself (having the wrong orders and causing mass confusion) I've been patient, but I'm in pain with absolut... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would so my friends appointment was at 8:45 this morning. We were there at 8:15 and let in by a young lady who told us that the office staff wasn’t there yet that she was running late that she’s usually there by 8 o’clock but we could go ahead and have a seat and wait for her, she came walking in at 8:41. Front desk girl was great, Nakia, so nice on the phone, got me in quick, called me back once order in and faxed results asap! Very professional staff! Highly recommended for an easier experience!
