I saw good reviews for this business that influenced me to engage them to remove a medium size native tree that had died. The owner advised a time, and when they hadn't arrived I emailed to find out what was happening. The response was that they were delayed and would be there shortly. No one arrived that day and there was no communication that they couldn't make it. I had to get all cars moved from the area , so that it was clear for the tree removal and then they didn't turn up. Excellent service, communication, and great price.
Hired these guys for some stump grinding and tree removal. While the tree removal work was "ok", they didn't do a good job with the stump grinding, leaving stumps still on. When they quoted the job it was also included removal and disposal all the tree trunks which to my surprise they in fact dumped many trunks in the council area outside the fence. I was able to capture via cctv camera, in case council comes shows up with a fine for that and I will take Adam to QCAT. Very irresponsible act what he did. Response Adam's reply... read more
They offered a time for them to check the job out, I agreed. No show, didn't reply to messages. Wouldn't recommend them and I wasted my day.
