Ordered a return grille from this company, I asked to match with one on a previous order. Sent photos and packing slip. Somehow they did not order the correct grille, then told me I couldn’t modify or return the item. And did not offer to send me the correct grille without charging me again. Sadly enough, it was the owner who was placing the owner as well.
Great service here! Warehouse manager is a great guy! I’ve enjoyed working here. Owner Woody is very kind and accommodating. 10/10⭐️
