They need to get a physician to run this place because the gentleman John DeRonck who currently does only likes providing services to patients with severe psychiatric disabilities who can be polite and talk very softly. Bizarre approach considering psychiatric conditions markedly alter personality expression in many patients. I think Mr DeRonck is a negligent moron.
