It was a year ago when I wrote a review! As we all are missing Dr my heart is completely broken about Dr.Steelberg! She is not returning to her practice that she so lovers so much! Her dedication to her patients is speechless! I only wish I could just hear her voice again see her glowing smile! Not fare ! Sadly her office staff are not kind Diana speaks to a person as they have no brain? Sad! Then the other person? Cathy better not say anything about her either my words would not be kind! I love Dr Steelberg, but her staff & APRN are less than desirable. While Dr Steelberg is out with medical issues, they set me up with her mid level Kathy. MULTIPLE times she NEVER called during my scheduled appointment. No call with an apology from Kathy or her staff. They would just reschedule me for an appointment that she would NEVER call for. I had to rely on my PCP to take over my meds because of their lack of patient care. The front desk lady, Diana, was EXCEPTIONALLY rude when I called to ask questions about why Kathy... read more
Absolutely atrocious. I'll be calling the medical board. steer clear of this place. MD isn't even here anymore. Theres an assistant prescribing meds!
