I took my daughter for an intake on Aug 7. Took a few hours. We have been waiting for almost a month for a call to start therapy. The 1st time they scheduled an appointment on a time that they didn't have available. Then they told me they didn't have anyone who speaks spanish. My daughter DOESN'T speak Spanish and also has wider availability than the appointment the intake person scheduled with YOU. I tried to clear the misunderstanding but she didn't seem to care. They don't have care nor understanding what their patients are going through. Plus if they want to wear masks then wear it but it seems like their faces are not gonna make anyone understand no one.
Unfortunately, my experience with this center has not reflected the values and mission that its name suggests. In my experience, there appears to be a lack of openness to patient concerns and feedback. Even reasonable criticism regarding the course of treatment or the conduct of certain providers may result in patients feeling ignored, dismissed, or effectively excluded from continuing their care.
