Not what it used to be. As you can read by the previous posts, everyone love Rachel Frazen. Dozens followed her to this practice when it was formed but Rachel is now doing her own care services elsewhere. Her replacement is not even close in knowledge or skill. After she refused to prescribe an anti-viral for my husband, who has a chronic condition, tested positive for COVID a trip to the emergency room got him the appropriate standard of care. I can no longer recommend this facility.
Recent changes with new ownership have made Advocate MD a pleasurable experience. Fernanda who seems to be in charge is very much on the ball and runs the office efficiently and professionally. I hope with this new ownership in place they continue to grow. I recommend Advocate MD.
I’ve been going to Advocate MD 3-4 years now. I discovered this office when the PA Rachel Franzen I had seen elsewhere moved to this office. She recently left and I chose to see Dr Chris Walsh. The doctors were great! Listened, spent time understanding etc. What I don’t care for is, is the actual office. Very much seems to be money motivated. This practice meets my needs and expectations for comprehensive primary care. Dr. Lauren Broadway is compassionate, thorough, and up-to-date on medical science. Rachel Franzen is the same, and my brief experiences with Dr. Christopher Walsh have been good as well. I appreciate the telehealth options and message portal, since not everything requires an in-person visit. I trust their referrals when I need to see a specialist. I recommend AdvocateMD.
THE WORST DOCTOR! Lauren Broadway is RUDEST doctor i have ever experienced. After 2 visits she fired me as a patient. No interest in listening or caring at all. I moved from NY, I had great doctors from Columbia NYC, who took things seriously. She should not be practicing if she can not uphold respect.
