Emergency room is horrible and slow
This was one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 7:30 a.m., and by 7:22 p.m. we still had not been properly updated by a doctor. It took about 8 hours just to get an X-ray and CT scan. Even after finally getting a room, we still didn’t know who our doctor was. The lack of communication was unacceptable. The nurses and doctors rarely checked on us or kept us informed about what was happening. What a wonderful surprise to see the waiting room empty. No wait, even though it always take time to run test and get results. Clean, spacious, nice and helpful staff. Robot for the parking lot, vending machine for pharmacy, charging station and updated vending machines for snacks. Kudos!!!

The level of incompetence and lack of accountability I witnessed while my mother was hospitalized was unacceptable.
