I met with a Nurse Practitioner for assessment on needing a sleep study, this was done on a Telehealth visit. Anitra Kemp Major was by far the absolute WORST. Degrading, insulting, accusatory, defamatory, off topic, gross- just awful in every way to treat a patient. My children heard her rude comments which was worse. How far the advocate healthcare system has fallen. It used be top of it's class now it's horrendous. As other posters had said 10 months ago that when calling for appointment that you will be placed on hold and then purposefully hung up on. I was hung up on for 2 hours until I finally blocked the caller ID on my phone and all of a sudden like magic somebody picked up. So in 10 months they have not fixed the issue. Disgusting customer service especially from a place that deals with customer well being.
