I had my sleep study last night, and my sleep technician was Traci. I was very nervous and anxious when I came in, but she was very patient, accommodating, and kind and made sure I felt comfortable. She made everything go so smoothly and talked me through all the steps.

Yesterday (August 1, 2025), I dropped off my husband and our 4.5-month-old son for his second sleep study. His first study, conducted at the Christ Hospital Outpatient Center on 95th Street, was a very positive experience. The technician there was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive — especially helpful in easing my husband’s nerves and keeping our baby comfortable. I met with a Nurse Practitioner for assessment on needing a sleep study, this was done on a Telehealth visit. Anitra Kemp Major was by far the absolute WORST. Degrading, insulting, accusatory, defamatory, off topic, gross- just awful in every way to treat a patient. My children heard her rude comments which was worse. I wouldn’t treat an enemy the way she treated me. Lacks every bedside manner possible, lacks crass. She needs to brush up on proper manners. How to treat humans.
