Caution, very expensive. I went in for a finger x-ray and received 2 bills. The bill from the Doctor, who I saw all of 10 minutes, was $559 which insurance adjusted to $499. The separate bill for the X-Ray was $935 which insurance adjusted to $324. A total of $823.00 for this visit!! Please look elsewhere for services.
Nurse tried to argue with me about what medications I am allergic to. In a matter like this, where allergies to medicine can be fatal, the patient needs to be trusted. Wholly unprofessional and I am hesitant to return to this clinic for my own safety.
Patricia Carroll was extremely helpful in any way she could be, and helped me manage a difficult situation in any way she could. :)
This doctor named Cheryl (she doesn't speak English) wanted me to go in at 5:00 in the morning when the office isn't open until 7:00 in the morning, & i take public transportation (bus) but they (bus) start their daily run at 7:00 am at the earliest, i have no way to get there (doctor's office) before 5:00 am otherwise i could get seriously beat up, shot by bullets, hit by cars, & she (Cheryl) is putting meat very risk of any criminal activities.
Very annoyed that my mother's physical therapy appointment was canceled without notification. I had to cancel her first appointment (only option was by leaving a message), and specifically asked for a phone call if there was anything else I needed to know or provide. No phone call ever came (to either of us), and when we arrived the next week, we found that that appointment had been canceled without our knowledge. I had no way of knowing that follow-up appointment would be canceled as well.
