Horrible place and takes forever there was no one there I had baby with me and I kept telling the nurse his right eye is bothering him she like u mean left i said no his right eye.! She like thats his left I said lol definitely not lol I am so annoyed with t this place this isn't the first bad experience. I was also given no instructions on how much to give my child for medication and called back many more times and no one will get back to me
Staff is friendly, I got in pretty fast. I saw Dr Mohammed Ansari. From the moment he walked in, he acted as if I was wasting his time. Instead of listening or asking thoughtful questions, he took a quick glance at my chart and essentially shrugged off my concerns with a tone that screamed “I can't be bothered.” When I explained that I had already seen two other doctors and was hoping for answers—or at least guidance—he sarcastically remarked, “So you’ve been to two doctors already and now you’re here. I went in this morning and was turned away because I was told my insurance wasn't active. Went home called the insurance and everything is active. The gentleman working at the desk wasn't kind or willing to try the insurance again. This is extremely frustrating being sick. Since my insurance is active, I was able to do a virtual visit through our insurance website. Sherman is a joke!
The staff was friendly and they took great care of my mother and were time considerate
