These were rudest front desk ladies ever. I will never come back to this location. They need to be more real on how long wait times are and not laugh about it while I have a child with me crying. Ridiculous. South Elgin will be the one I go to now.

It was awful in the emergency room. One of the nurses was very dirispectful . Things were different when I was transferred upstairs to a room. Nurses were great
