Probably the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. I was told that my situation was probably more serious so I needed to go to the ER. While I was at the ER they called and said I left my insurance card there. Seeing I had no idea when I was going to be released I asked them to please drop it in the mail to me. To all people who are seeking urgent care here : don’t . Google needs to remove this clinics label as an urgent care clinic ASAP. This location presents itself dishonestly in its website and presentation of location , the word ‘hospital’ is mentioned nowhere in its webpage . If you come here assuming it’s an urgent care , YOUR INSURANCE WILL BILL IT AS A HOSPITAL VISIT. Well let's see if I can recall since my original post was taken down and probably paid to be removed. I am submitting this feedback regarding my recent check-in experience at your outpatient office. I wish to address the conduct of the staff member assisting me during this critical step. I was attempting to provide all necessary insurance and personal details accurately. Horrible place. The nurse had really poor bedside manner and the doctor made the wrong diagnosis. Then the bills started pouring in. There are better immediate care facilities around. UPDATE: I increased the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because our latest visit was very pleasant. Great nurses and doctor. UPDATE 2: review decreased to 1 star. In 3 different years my wife went there with a bad cough. We told them each time that antibiotics, not steroids, always cures her. They refused to give antibiotics. STUPID.
Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! I have taken my children here several times and they always do a great job of answering questions, being thorough, and making sure the kids are okay before we walk out the door.
