Staff is friendly, I got in pretty fast. I saw Dr Mohammed Ansari. From the moment he walked in, he acted as if I was wasting his time. Instead of listening or asking thoughtful questions, he took a quick glance at my chart and essentially shrugged off my concerns with a tone that screamed “I can't be bothered.” When I explained that I had already seen two other doctors and was hoping for answers—or at least guidance—he sarcastically remarked, “So you’ve been to two doctors already and now you’re here. I went in this morning and was turned away because I was told my insurance wasn't active. Went home called the insurance and everything is active. The gentleman working at the desk wasn't kind or willing to try the insurance again. This is extremely frustrating being sick. Since my insurance is active, I was able to do a virtual visit through our insurance website. Sherman is a joke!
The staff was friendly and they took great care of my mother and were time considerate
I arrived at this Urgent Care at 3:55 p.m.—a full five minutes before their posted closing time of 4:00 p.m.—only to find the doors already locked but staff still inside. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be turned away when you're sick and made the effort to get there on time. If your hours say you're open until 4, you should be open until 4. Locking up early and leaving patients out front is not only unprofessional, it’s also just plain rude. Do better.
Website says they provide STD testing. Nurses say they provide it too, but doctor says "no we don't". Also, spoke about unrelated chronic symptoms (headaches, diarrhea, sore throat) I've been having but the doctor only cared about the STD treatment and just refereed me to another hospital while just ignoring everything else. Don't go here if you don't want to waste hours of your time with poor physicians.
