I used this place as my primary care physician. No more. I had been seeing an Ophthalmologist for a few years with no issues. I had a check-up appointment on February 16th with this doctor. This appointment was made last August. This past Friday, three days before my appointment told me that I now need a referral from them. Dr. Cohen has no respect for other people’s time. Its been a consistent issue with me coming in and waiting 50+ minutes to be seen by him. Today was the last straw. They gave me a 5pm appointment then called and changed it to 11:45 because he could not do the 5pm. Then, I get there, explaining that I couldn’t wait long because I had to work then the nurse tells me there’s one person in front of me so I had to wait (probably another 45 minutes with this doctor). Very disorganized. They keep cancelling PCP appointments (three times, can you believe that? and it happened again the following year). Please don’t post the available dates and time of your physicians when they’re not actually available. What’s the point of having patients use your LiveWell app to select the “available” date and time when you’re going to just cancel it later? It’s very disorganized and disrespectful towards patients.
