Very disorganized. They keep cancelling PCP appointments (three times, can you believe that? and it happened again the following year). Please don’t post the available dates and time of your physicians when they’re not actually available. What’s the point of having patients use your LiveWell app to select the “available” date and time when you’re going to just cancel it later? It’s very disorganized and disrespectful towards patients.
