Sometimes people can be very heartless when it comes to smaller outpatient centers like this. I came here to be helped and the staff went above and beyond. I had a fractured left foot, they wheeled me throughout the clinic and out to my car. The Dr. called the Illinois Bone and Joint got me in last minute and I was able to be seen. I understand everyone has their own individual experiences, but people tend to get personal for no reason. A very rude woman at the front desk. It felt like she hates her job and treats people disrespectfully. I will never come back here again.
WORST PLACE! First I came here three times in three weeks and the first two times they had a sign on the door that they were closed and doors were locked. Today I got lucky and they were open but the lady in front desk, Evelina, was very rude. The way she was talking to me and asking me questions was as if I was bothering her by coming in. Then she took my id and insurance and asked me to sit. I sat for 40 mins seeing 5 other people that came after me go in.
