The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Not only did everyone welcome me, but also was attentive and provided excellent care, patience and understanding. 3 people I'd like to shout is: Dr. Luu, Guillermo and Alyssa. All 3 were kind and helpful. I want to make it clear how devastating my experience at your practice was, and why I will never be returning. Before I even scheduled the appointment, I explained that I had been without critical medication due to my doctor’s retirement. This has caused serious health consequences for me, including sleeplessness, decline in daily functioning, and even emergency room visits. I have very bad experience with this location and specially with PFT test - the technician attitude was bad and did not took us even though we were in grace 15 min period, as per their policy. She (Katie) was rude, and stated I should talk to management and she would not do it. I do not want to come to this location and specially for PFT test with Katie. Thanks
