We came to the ER … I was told they’re the best with infants …we’ve been waiting 4 hours … My 9 month old daughter has been puking all Over the place in the waiting room …They say their serving order of most importance…BS! Apparently a lady w a contact stuck in her eye is more important …I see kids comin in and goin out we haven’t been seen yet ! What Gives? 🤷🏽♂️ plus they wrapped a cord around her ankle meanwhile my poor daughter sits here for hours in pain when we realized … Mmm🤔
Everyone I’ve met here has been nice, approachable, and professional. Very nice facility. Most importantly, happy with the care I receive here!
I missed Dr. Patel and I still do. However, Dr. Hicks is amazing! He also listens, communicates and formulates a health plan. We are off to a good start. His Nursing team is extremly kind and compassionate. The front desk is always beyond helpful! Love you Maribelle!
I would first like to highlight that Katie Swanson is a wonderful, passionate and considerate provider. Myself and my family followed Dr Gonzales to this location and have continued our care here despite his departure. The staff is kind and always ensures a welcoming environment. After Dr Gonzales left, Dr Patel took me into his care. Since Dr Patels farewell, my parents urged me to see Katie with promises that she holds a kind and knowledgeable presence- they were right.
