Dr Hicks is an amazing dr, he handles everything for my mom and myself to a t. BUT your MBA and HR and Scheduling SUCK! you don't know how schedule more important appointment over follows or checkups. You front desk cant even do there job! rather socialize then help people and maintain there job titles! WE sat for almost a hour ( exactly 54mins!) never told by your proppant front desk Dr. Hicks was running behind or the nurse or anyone. We came to the ER … I was told they’re the best with infants …we’ve been waiting 4 hours … My 9 month old daughter has been puking all Over the place in the waiting room …They say their serving order of most importance…BS! Apparently a lady w a contact stuck in her eye is more important …I see kids comin in and goin out we haven’t been seen yet ! What Gives? 🤷🏽♂️ plus they wrapped a cord around her ankle meanwhile my poor daughter sits here for hours in pain when we realized … Mmm🤔
Everyone I’ve met here has been nice, approachable, and professional. Very nice facility. Most importantly, happy with the care I receive here!
I missed Dr. Patel and I still do. However, Dr. Hicks is amazing! He also listens, communicates and formulates a health plan. We are off to a good start. His Nursing team is extremly kind and compassionate. The front desk is always beyond helpful! Love you Maribelle!
