I've had multiple meetings with both Dr Patricia Roy, and NP Cristina Roy. Never anything but kind, courteous, and helpful. Recently had to change insurance, and have gone out of my way to make sure I had a plan where I'd still be able to see these tremendous medical professionals.
I recently let a review about my absolutely horrendous and disrespectful experience with a nurse practitioner Roy at this clinic that I absolutely will never get over that experience with her and her nurses which were almost as bad I'm sure at her instructions BUT I WANT PEOPLE BEWARE and BE SURE to keep up with the follow up notes they leave after every time you visit or even have to call or message on your portal for any questions or refills,lab questions, etc bc I AM IN UTTER DISBELIEF at the absolute SLANDER and LIES nur... read more
