Zero stars would be more appropriate. I was told I would be seeing an actual doctor, only to find out months later when I went in for the appointment I was seeing an NP. I am sure they are good at what they do what but they are not qualified to provide the services I was/am in need of. I do not appreciate being lied to especially after confirming with the person who scheduled the appointment I would be seeing a doctor. How dare you lie to people in need just to get money out of us. My kids have issues due to past trauma, adoption, and ADHD. we see a variety of doctors and counselors from here and we love them all. It can be hard to get an appointment because it is a very busy practice, but they are worth it!
After waiting 2 months and talking to them a week before my appointment they then decided to cancel on me 3 days before my appointment for no reason My advice...find somewhere else to go
