I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication I received from Advocate Medical Group. I have been on the same blood pressure, cholesterol, and antidepressant medications for over five years with no issues. Recently, my primary doctor (Dr. Shaw) denied my prescription refill without notifying me or my pharmacy. Love dr Kanu she listens and explains everything given you her undivided attention and not rushing to get to the next patients as far as the residents I really don’t care for they don’t try and listen and they rush out like they don’t want to see certain kind of patients

This was my first visit here. Everyone was so nice. From Ana the receptionist to Dr. Zalkout and the lab technician.
Really upset that I drove all the way this way to during traffic. Was caught by the train and checked in and paid before the 15 min grace period to be told I need to reschedule and my money would be refunded. I took a half a day and I’m really upset. I love urgent care here but primary no thank you. It was inconsiderate.
