This was my first visit here. Everyone was so nice. From Ana the receptionist to Dr. Zalkout and the lab technician.
Really upset that I drove all the way this way to during traffic. Was caught by the train and checked in and paid before the 15 min grace period to be told I need to reschedule and my money would be refunded. I took a half a day and I’m really upset. I love urgent care here but primary no thank you. It was inconsiderate.
I’ve been going to this location since they opened and have always had a good experience. My Doctor has been very good with explaining my questions and my symptoms. The staff has always been very helpful with scheduling appointments and sending my medication to my pharmacy
This clinic really needs to improve its scheduling and communication. It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment — they take a long time just to process a request, and when you finally do get one, it’s often a month or more away. Calling for information isn’t much better, since the staff rarely provide clear answers or take forever to respond. Patients deserve better access to care and timely support, not endless delays.
Best place. Their app is Honestly amazing as well! I can keep track of all my medical stuff and health all in one place!
