The hours online aren’t updated, I stopped by Saturday to get my blood test because online it says you’re open but when I went arrived, it was closed. I stopped by today and it l was a bad experience. The front desk lady was rude, she was wearing a light purple shirt with blonde-ish gray hair. I told her I was doing a blood test and I noticed she said thank you to the other patients behind me which didn’t bother me that much. Many thanks to Dr. Farah Hussain, cardiologist, and staff for for their caring and concerning attention to my health needs. Dr. Hussain initial diagnosis and treatment identified heart concerns that save my life. As a senior citizen on Medicare, I was treated with respect and compassion. Thank you, Dr. Hussain and staff.
They are liars! I called the office prior and confirmed with the doctor that my husbands office visit would be billed as a physical with no amount owing. The receptionist told me I have nothing to pay, she originally wanted to bill me $40 for the office visits. Super disorganized and messy. There’s no standard and everyone says something different. I received a $249 from my insurance because of this. Dr. Rasar Raju is a scammer. And when I call the billing department, they just hang up. Extremely rude!
Easily accessible. The entire bldg is one level which puts the parking lot right outside the door. Large open space. Many medical practices are located under one roof. Friendly service and Great doctors. The lobby's music was too loud but has since been lowered. Thank you
