how do i contact this office directly? i’m trying to get ahold of the office and schedule an appointment, but the phone number listed takes me to a call center. call center transfers me, i’m told “no one is available,” by a machine, and hung up on. then the cycle repeats. the office is open right now too so i don’t know why it’s so clunky. just makes healthcare even more frustrating.
This is a long overdue shoutout to Dr Pochedly! He really listens and advocates for his patients. Whether it was my concerns over insurance, referrals, or prescriptions- he really does his best to help you. He and the staff are so professional and friendly that even my husband made the switch to his practice. Thank you so much Dr Pochedly!!!

Been at this location more than 25 years. Miss Dr. Wu. After he sold his practice to Advocate it sucks. Care is really different.
Been trying to get a referral for a month! Physically came in to get it and they still did it wrong! My dermatologist been contacting them for a month and they just ignored her for a while entire month. Asked them to fax the referral and they couldn’t even do that right. Never coming back here
