Please stay out of this place if possible. The resources here are limited, and the staff seems poorly trained. We've been trying to get a referral for my wife for over a month, but it's been a constant struggle because they've submitted it incorrectly three times. The referral coordinator, Juliana, seems unsure of her responsibilities, and she's often on PTO with no backup available. Drove over a 45 minutes for an appointment with Jennifer Beville. I’d booked this appointment weeks in advance. Due to traffic, I’ll let them know I’d be late, but I still arrived within the 15 minute late window. Jennifer decided to cancel my appointment, even though I was in person with my file. I’ll let them know I am running low on my medication and I was told to reschedule for next week. I recommend finding a PA who has their priorities straight and wants to help people who need it. I didn’t find that here.
