I arrived for an appointment to address an ongoing cough when I was told that my insurance was not acceptable which is not the case but the front desk lady, Gail, was absolutely wonderful. I explained the situation, with frustration in my voice, and she helped me figure out the issue and how to fix it. I apologized for sounding frustrated and she responded with kindness and compassion. Friendly and helpful staff with knowledge doctors that have a fantastic bedside manner.
Please stay out of this place while you can. There resources here are absolute and they dont know their job well. We have been constantly following up to get a referral for my wife since more than a month. Because they submitted it incorrectly 3 times. The referral coordinator Juliana doesn’t know very well what she is supposed to do and most of the time is on PTO and they don’t have a back up.We have send multiple messages to the clinical team of Dr Jenna Bhatt through the Live well app last month but still they don’t bothe... read more
