Dr. Ruiz is always on top of it . He saved my dad's life
The Dr. is amazing specially Dr. Ruiz but the staff in the front desk are absolutely ignorant and rude!! Like how and why do these 3-4 people work here if they aren’t professionally trained to speak and greet patients.. they literally speak to patients in the rudest manner possible… the Puerto Rican lady is the rudest ever like she really needs to find another job because customer service isn’t her best quality. I love the Doctor but I’m really considering finding another facility!!!
My elderly Father in his 80s, who uses a walker, had an appointment on Thursday, December 12, 2024. I live in Los Ángeles and I secured both UBER rides so that my Father can see his PCP, Doctor Óscar Ruiz. The staff at this office is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...! From the Nurse that booked his 6.20pm appointment to the nurses and medical staff while my Father attended his appointment...
