My recent visit was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment the doctor walked in, their demeanor was rushed, rude, and completely inconsiderate. I had questions about various symptoms I was experiencing, but it was clear that the doctor was either annoyed or uninterested in addressing them. Very happy with Dr. Chen. It was a great first appointment.
Was not informed that facility closed at 12 noon on the day before the holiday. T told the staff I was coming there to give a urine specimen.
This medical facility is unproffesional and unresposive to patients needs. They will not respond to the pharmacy concerning my prescriptions. When I call the office the receptionist takes my information to pass along and my call is never returned.
This place is lacks compassion and professionalism. When I came to the clinic, the medical assistant treated me like I had the plague when she discovered I was under the weather. Then, Dr. J. Hadley was rude to me and said my energy was “off”. All I was doing was sitting there with a mask on listening to her recommendations.
