I am currently at this clinic. I’m checking in for my appointment, verifying all my personal details and demographics. The young lady that’s checking me in is just chatting away on her cell phone. When I walked up, she was on the phone. She never ended her call while I was checking in. And when I sat down, she continued her conversation. And is still on the phone this very second. Always a problem getting refill for prednisone they deny refill saying I need see doctor I see why patients leaving this facility
Dr McCaskell is amazing but her assistant (the lady with the gold tooth they called Mj) she’s rude and kinda a mean individual. When I asked questions about blood pressure and other things a medical assistant should be able to answer she gave a mean facial expression and told me talk to the doctor and exited the room. It made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was an annoying patient. But after she left I heard her yelling and sounding very annoyed
I have been a patient of Advocate for over 10 years- being seen at several clinics, this clinic has the most unprofessional and rude nursing staff ever! They are now worse than the Western location and I didn’t think that was possible. The doctor came in took all of 5 minutes and was out the door, the check in staff don’t greet you- they act as if they’re doing you a favor, Advocate you lost a longtime patient- Do better!!!
I swear to god the worst doctors office I ever been too rude unprofessional the doctor kulshrestha or doctor K what they call her is extremely rude combative she told me I was lying about my symptoms not to mention she came to work almost an hour late closed the door on me while I was talking it got to the point I got up and walked off while in pain stay away from this place
