I have had many absolutely terrible experiences with Advocate. My calls are never returned, my prescriptions sometimes take WEEKS to be refilled, and the staff is unknowledgeable, disinterested, and rude. I will most certainly never be returning to any Advocate office and I highly, highly recommend you do the same.
I work at Ohare Airport, i had an appointment at 3:40 PM arrived at the clinic at 4pm receptionist acted very indeferent in a very unprofessional manner laughing out loud saying (sorry we have a grace a 15 minute grace period unfortunately, we will ask the Dr if she can still see you,,,,the two receptionist walked in rolling their eyes and laughing they came out after a couple of minutes and sat again just giggiing made me feel very unwelcome i still sat and prayed that the Dr can see me waited 15 minutes no one came out or ... read more
