There is not one good thing about this organization. Even if some of the doctors are good, the structure could not be worse. Need a prescription refilled? You can't talk to your doctor's office and after SEVEN attempts to get a refill, one week later... I still can't get it sent to the pharmacy. Neither my calls or the pharmacists calls have provided the very simple results I need. They would litterally prefer to risk your health rather than call in a prescription that the doctor has approved. shameful. horrible. unfortunate... read more
Dr. Litoff is great! I've been going to him for the past 3 years. I totally recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP.

Receptionist is great ,Dr.Diana Bibbs is a wonderful physician you must be prepared to wait at time but it is well worth the wait.unable to see Dr. Bibbs on my last visit seen Dr.Megan Closer and she was great, I feel better already ,Thanks Advocate team
When you work in an industry that is getting lots and lots of business, I guess it's okay to be rude to your patients. Front desk is great. Have been with Dr. Litoff since before AMG. If you can see your doctor, you'll get service. The attitude on the nurse practitioner who told me sinus infections (which feel like the flu and have crushing headaches) weren't serious, as though I shouldn't be calling about them? I've only been getting them for 4o+ years.
