I have left several messages requesting approval of medication refill for the last 3 weeks. I have left urgent messages and Optum Pharmacy has informed me that they were unable to get requested refills from this Dr’s office. I’m now out of my meds and I have been told that someone from Dr Shaheen’s office would get back to me, however, I have not received any follow up call as of yet. I seen Dr Fassl today for the first time. He was very nice but rushed my visit and was with me for 4 minutes. I came in for full physical exam and did nothing only but checked me lungs and ears and tells me see you next year ??? I left very confused. Definitely looking for a different doctor. Gives me blood work but I got to download it and get done somewhere else because the front desk doesn't want to do there job and check if my insurance covers blood work done at there facility. Unbelievable !!!!

First time meeting Dr O'Byrne, endocrinologist. She was very thorough and answered my questions. I didn't get the name of the person who took my vitals. She took her time tome make sure all my information was correct.Asia who made my next appointment was very helpful.
