I had a great experience here. My appointment start time was right on time, and every part of the process was efficient (but also thorough). My experience with Dr. Koziol was wonderful as well; she actually listened to me and I felt validated. She is also very knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found this place and now have a PCP!
This network is no longer safe or adequate for lgbt healthcare. They are choosing to comply in advance at the cost of patient care and safety. Advocate is more concerned with protecting themselves than they are with providing care. They have completely hidden all information regarding lgbt healthcare programs and specialists from the public and patients, making it impossible for patients to research and access care they need on an informed basis.
